Ordering from Sugar Rays

I have had 2 different experiences with them. First time I made a thread about it on here about a heavy bag taking ages to turn up and generally bad customer service. For some strange reason though I actually used them again but the service was fast with no issues.

 

Had virtually the same experience with them when I ordered some Fighting Sports Gloves a few months ago. Had an even worse experience with Geezers though when i ordered a reyes head guard.

Ordered some custom apparel (shorts and ring jacket) from Grant about 5 years ago. It took ages to arrive and their were a few complications but the man who actually owns Grant was dealing with me personally and sending me emails to keep me in the loop. In the end he knocked some money off the price for me which was good.
