Any of you guys ordered tickets from Frank's site direct in the past? Ordered tickets for Burns/Moses back in January, but I'm still waiting on them. I'm not in a panic or owt as I've received my tickets for events a day or two beforehand in the past, but I've sent an e-mail to check if they've yet to issue them etc. Anyone else ordered from them before? If so, how close to the event did you receive your ticket?
I know someone who got his tickets a while back. dunno if he ordered from FW though. I think its a sellout now, i was gonna go but looks unlikely now
My main concern is if they have been lost in the post that I'm ****ed for tickets as a) only the tickets costing £80 upwards are left and b) I'm skint. I have asked them if there's anything I can do if those tickets have went MIA in the post, but need to wait until Monday for a response I guess.
Ordered for Katsidas Burns. I hadnt recieved them, Gave them a call (numbers on the site somewhere) just had to resend my email confirmation and they sorted it out and sent out the tickets straight away.
I sent an e-mail query off to them yesterday with the order reference but I'll call them on Monday morning as that'll probably get it resolved quicker. Cheers Mista Edit. You never really know with some promoters - be it sport, music etc - how they're gonna handle the issue of 'lost tickets' etc, and I don't know anyone who'd ever ordered direct from Frank's site before.
He gets a lot of stick on here but Frank ******'s company have never been any problems with ticket issues. I hadn't recieved my tickets for one of his shows at York Hall so I sent them an e-mail and they left one on the door for me. Also, when the Khan fight got postponed (meant to be at the O2 for the WBA strap) I got a refund within days of returning my ticket.
That's good to hear - well, read - Conn. If they even just leave the tickets for me at the Braehead Arena it'd be no bother to pick them up. Hopefully it'll all get sorted when I call them on Monday.
As said on the Nations thread i avoid him and get them from Nelsons etc when am down the road. Though i got ma Simpson/Selby ticket of him......was stressing they would be sold out (meh!) and just jamp on the buzzer asap. Cant fault the delivery......got them within a cpl days.
I would also recommend TKO tickets aswell. Have bought a few over the last year from them and never been let down at all.
Turns out the tickets hadn't been sent for some reason. To be fair they were honest about it being a **** up and said they'd make sure they got sent out today, so can't ask for fairer than that. I did appreciate that they didn't try to bull**** me that they'd sent them out or anything.
