    20 lbs for a HW wouldn't be too bad. For a featherweight, thats like 20% of his bodyweight.

    you both need to go back to school and take some math classes..

    he said he didnt do any cardio during the holidays and only worked out with weights.. if that's true then i think that will help him and he will come in really strong...
