You missed the best fight so far. You really really need to watch this.

I was yelling the whole time during this fight.

Just as I called it. Well actually I said by round 6 but I am glad JML showed balls of steel and lasted 10.

Doesn't matter everyone has biases, and Showtime's was on full display tonight.

that fight wasn't a shutout for Salido and when they started that BS 10-9 on a hard knockdown I knew what time it was for them.

In fairness, Salido's chin, which was probably his biggest strength in the first fight, looked like it was seriously dented in the interim. That plus suspicions of hometown bias (which were confirmed by the absurd official cards) probably made Lopez a justifiable favorite.

I honestly think that Bama just enjoys having an opposing opinion on everything.

Yeah, there was the Weng Haya bout to take into consideration.

Even with that (and I did go on record saying I was disturbed by it...) it was hard to not back Salido in the rematch.

Stylistically, he just seems like the man to beat Lopez 10 times out of 10.

However, throw Salido in with Gamboa or Garcia and he's dead meat. :think It's weird. He isn't this amazing great fighter - but he's the perfect fighter to beat Lopez. And the conclusion to draw isn't that Lopez is a bum, either. Lopez is still very, very, very good. (look what he did to Rafa). Salido is just poison for him.
