Lomachenko will stop Salido because he will hit Salido so many times that Salido will not know where he is. Lomachenko is so much faster than Salido and Salido is easy to hit. Sometime after that fight, Lomachenko will fight Rigo ASAP and he will stop Rigo as well.............

If I had to fight Salido I would cry, then bravely tell my family good bye. After that, I would look for a magic lamp, and if found, would request three wishes.

My first wish would be speed, Salido is coming at me with danger, I've got to be fast.

Second, I would ask for power, I'm not a runner so I need to stop this beast.

Thirdly, I need accuracy to exploit the most from each opening he gives me.

I would still die because my stamina, foot work, and ring IQ would be lacking, but you know who would do really good against Salido? - Lomanchenko, because he has everything I just talked about in abundance.

It is a huge risk for a second pro fight, but I think the point has been made before - if there's a guy that can pull it off, it's Loma - and actually, he has the attributes to do it - I guess it largely boils down to his mindset.

We'll have to see, but both the Olympic wins and the championship loss tell us he's capable of performing on the highest stage: if Salido can take him late and hurt him it could test Vasyl like never before - whatever happens, it's an epic undertaking.

    Can't f#kkin wait.

Loma passes a serious gutcheck and wins a somewhat controversial decision. Nobody thinks he beats Rigo afterwards

I watched Salido vs Gamboa recently for the first time and was surprised at how competitive it was. So long as Vasyl's chin and stamina aren't seriously lacking he should win but it won't be an easy fight.

Piece of cake for Lomachenko. He floors Salido 3/4 times en route to a TKO 7 win.

Loma is supposed to be special... we dont know yet. Lets sed how he responds to one of salidos vicious looping right hand. Salido has a very awkward style that could potentially baffle an inexperienced fighter.

Pros are way different than amateurs and Salido is even more so because of the weird angles he uses.

Tough fight to call... ill go salido by ko

Lomo treated the fight like a glorified sparring session. I expect a much different approach to Salido.

This is a dangerous fight as it comes. I honestly never had serious thoughts they would actually make this at this point of Lomachenko's career but it looks like it is on.:yikes

Salido is propably fading but he is tough as nails. If Lomachenko stamina wont hold up he is fuked big time.

This reminds me a bit of Garcia-Warlando...except this time I think we'll see the last four rounds, and how Loma responds when Salido stages his rally. I'm still picking Loma on points, but like V and some others, I don't think it will be at all easy.

Lomackenko has really sloppy footwork. He crosses his feet and is off balance a lot much like Khan, plus he brings his feet together. His combos are good, but he makes some serious technical mistakes.

Gut check time, Salido isn't just going to fall over and play dead...
