Floyd layed out the blue print...I think Ortiz gets cheapcheckhooked Koed right before the first bell.

Ortiz by KO. Berto does not try to imporove, he showed last fight he still isn't worth a **** on the inside. Add to it that his technique is getting sloppier and sloppier and he seems to rely on his power, but he isn't a 1 punch KO artist against real WW competition or real Jr. WW competition (Urango).

Berto is the definition of talent wasted by no discipline

Ortiz but I don't think either of them are top level welterweights.

I'd quite like to see a round robin tournament between undefeated welters that can be the next in line to challenge- Kell Brook, Mike Jones, Viacheslav Senchenko and Selcuk Aydin (or Brad Solimon). For a crack at May or Pacquiao.

We'll have to see how Ortiz rallies from getting dismantled by Floyd. My instinct is that Ortiz may be ruined.

Berto looked like ass in his last fight. I think Ortiz is more naturally talented and is a more accurate fighter, so I'd favor him in another no-defense slugfest.

I think Berto/Ortiz was a lot like Tyson/Douglas. They are both cases where an extremely gifited and talanted boxer from the physical standpoint, but not from the mental standpoint put everything together for one fight, and got the win. Unless Ortiz improves in the Mental part of boxing he going to find it hard to become a champion again.
Berto isn't great and maybe phiscaly not as good as Ortiz, but he's not that far behind. His head is better than Ortiz's.
I like Berto in a close fight.
