Two explosive and exciting fights on Saturday. In a way they are pretty similar. Ortiz and Leo will make their returns in a championship level fight against two vicious power punchers in Lopez and Bohahuk Both could wind up being potential FOTY candidates. :chuck:

Hell yes I'm super excited for this weekend! Can't wait to see Ortiz and Lopez return and possibly produce a FOTY candidate.

Hell yeah, this weekend is stacked. Ortiz is finally going to get tested but I think he will pass the test with flying colors.

Great match up. I just can't see how this won't deliver and be an absolute barnburner, barring an early stoppage that is

I like Ortiz but I'm worried for him; during his last few fights at 147 it seemed hit or miss if he could make weight without being hospitalised. At 154 he says these problems are behind him, but it remains to be seen how his gas tank will fare being taken into deep waters. If I had to pick a winner I would go with Bohachuk late on.

I think ortiz is the better fighter stiff jab, faster, more explosive and hits harder but only has 2 rounds of fighting in last 2 years. If Bohachuk can get through the early rounds and then pour on the pressure , wonder if he can wear Ortiz down who barely has activity in last 2 years ??

Fight of the Year (Ortiz vs Bohachuk) and Knockout of the Year (Lopez vs Leo). What a day for boxing it has been.

Think this was my favorite fight in quite awhile. Im still buzzing from it. Unbelievable stuff from these two and Im a new fan of both after that display. That was old school boxing... and a reminder that when it heats up, boxing really is the greatest sport on planet earth.
