Pitiful performance from the Cuban I've been raving about this guy for at least a year but he's shown he suffers from the same problem as rigo when someone does not take the fight to them they have no way of transitioning from the cuban countering style to a front foot fighter. Scott is a disgrace why even take the fight if you only plan to survive.

You act like you haven't seen Scott fight before. That is what he does.

Scuba's long count was a bit weird though. It was like he'd taken the dive ala Wilder but the ref was saying no you don't.

Yeah but usually they just bomb out I mean CHISORA got him out of there and to be fair I've never seen Scott that negative in the early rounds

Scott beat that count. That was a typical 'British Stoppage'. That wasn't on Scott that was on the crooked referee.

what do you expect from a fighter with sparring partner syndrome......hell marion wilson from the 90s would have come to fight otriz better then runner scott=by the way the fight should have been a 4th rd ko .....the ref even helped malik scott get up after getting dunped on his ass ....when douglas knocked tyson down did the ref help tyson up = wtf man

Exposed to me i should say, I now think Fury would have beat him, I would still pick Ortiz over Joshua, Wilder and Haye however. Ortiz will struggle with a mover who isn't willing to throw alot, you could see when he had Scott against the ropes he couldn't pull the trigger his a counter puncher and only a counter puncher.

Scott showed up to run. Lara himself at least throws punches. Scott ran more than the guy in this video.

The ref was betting on the over it seems, he was basically helping Scotty to survive. Terrible fight.
