Dumbass team Ortiz should have been worrying more about Floyds fists rather then his elbows.

 

I told ya and you shoul have listened. The guy gives no angles to his boxing, he is basically a come forward puncher like Mugabi, Gatti (RIP), Vargas, Quartey, Pavlik were and are. They don't have dimensions- It would be more than obvious that Ortiz would run into Mayweather to steamroll him away with headbutts, shoulderbutts, elbows, clubbing punches... Floyd just moved a lil bit with his knowhow and kept on working on him sharp and fast. The end was a disgrace yes but Ortiz never had a chance. A tree doesn't move so how can a tree box?

Get your head checked if you think Floyd sucker punching a defenseless fighter is ok. Not to mention robbing fans of a fight and stealing their money. Headbutts happen in boxing. Embracing an opponent and the loading up 2 sucker punch power shots don't. Unless you're Floyd and you've done it 3 times in the last 9 fights.

I watched the fight a few times today.

One thing is for sure, Ortiz was pushing with his head in the clinches....because Floyd was holding his arm and hitting him behind the head.

Looks like both of those guys are dirty fighters.

 

You need to have your eyes checked.

Seeing it here, I'm shocked at how much Ortiz was butting. It was subtle & hard to notice during the fight, but you're embarrassing yourself to call that "smothering."

Ortiz deserves what he got.
