    :-( It's crazy to think that they somehow got word spread that the DQ was somehow "controversial", as though it weren't a warranted loss. There's a different angle that shows just how wedged between them the chunky blue-shirt was when the right uppercut (not left, my mistake) was being cocked back. Ortiz couldn't have possibly been unaware of the official's presence or intentions.

    Surrendering to Maidana is not the first "legitimate" loss of Ortiz's career. Dumb-assing his way out of what should have been a routine win against Alarcon is. :deal

    Against Maidana was the first time he got beaten (as opposed to beating himself), and Mayweather is the first time he got knocked out.
