Khan's chin wouldn't stand up to Ortiz's punches. He wouldn't last long against Maidana either. Khan's quick and tall, nothing more really.

 

yea maidana was not bullshitting in there, the man was determine to make this a tough fight and win. ortiz was not ready for this kind of fight he kept trying to touch em up maidana was not having none of that really especially the last round. ortiz came out trying to touch em up and got hit with a straight right hand. he ain't like them body shot either. this my second time watching him fight, i hope he comes back better and stronger. i'm not about to tear him a new ass hole cause i know he feel like **** already on the inside.maidana it's your time now baby

 

Ortiz has is very heavy handed and would probably win a rematch.

 

I laughed out loud when that happened. Even when Maidana was hurt, he was really calm about it. He just accepted that he got caught, gathered himself, and continued on. I was really impressed with him and I'm not typically impressed with fighters who are kinda wild like Maidana is. But, his patience in there tonight really says a lot about how smart he is.
