Gutted for McKinson there. Might have been a once in a lifetime opportunity for him.

    Mckinson now fighting Alex Martin

Alex Martin is a decent fighter and is a good replacement. Beat Angel Fierro 2 years ago who Matchroom are currently raving about.

It's absolutely criminal that there's all these threads about Conor Benn when we have a Brit going over to the States and putting it all on the line against someone Benn will probably never fight until everyone else has retired or passed away and got be asked out of retirement. McKinson lost but he showed a lot of heart, he finished the fight on his feet. Nobody has taken Ortiz Jnr that far, well done lad.

Benn would put his a*se in the hedge whereas McKinson on the other hand is game as they come

Yes, credit to Mckinson, he showed some balls and there's no shame whatsoever losing to Ortiz jnr or in the manner he did. Also proved he's got a good chin last night, Ortiz was landing some heavy blows.

Was impressed with some of McKinson's work. Dont get me wrong he was outclassed, but he fought pretty well imo. If managed right, he'll come again.

No way Benn could withstand Ortiz's attacks. he could fight fire with fire, but Ortiz seems to have a decent defence and good chin.

McKinson showed alot of grit and heart. Those body shots were vicious from Ortiz Jr.
