Petterson outboxed and outsmarted him most of the fight. I had a draw. I just dont think Ortiz is a smart fighter or a particularly skilled fighter. Ortiz threw a lot, but he missed a lot.

I gave ortiz 1,3 and 10th only. one rd being a 10-7 obviously. In think the draw was fair or lamont by one point. I thought lerderman's card was ridiculous. Solid judging IMO.

I can't believe that was ruled a DRAW. Ortiz CLEARLY won that fight. What a sham.

I thought Ortiz had it. I'm surprised at the decision, but I've certainly seen worse. I did think Peterson did some good work, but he was allowed back into the fight by Ortiz' sudden stretches with a lack of offense. Ortiz should have won handily.

  5. Who cares? Ortiz fought like a *****.

If you're pissed, fill the WBA's inbox. I sent them a letter.

Ortiz is Judah 2.0, I agree.

Ortiz clearly won the fight but that's what he gets for coasting for those rounds....

I'm not a big Fan of Compu box but it did had Lamont winning and what did Ortiz do after the KD. He's not a boxer ,he's trying to learn how to box which lost him the the fight ,moving backwards throwing meaningless jabs and was getting hit as he came in ....He's still far away from the big stage ,very far away.

He's always been a boxer. He's just no longer fighting like a boxer/puncher.

sad night for ortiz.....HBO telling petersons life stories over and over again probably took a toll on the judges......

I had Peterson winning 6 rounds so a draw is fair.

I dont know why they arent having these fights to be 12 rounders when both fighters are in the top 10 rankings.

Draw was a fair outcome or a narrow win for Ortiz but no way did Ortiz get robbed even using the word loosely.

I had Ortiz ahead by a bit but he showed his glass heart so who cares.

I thought V. Ortiz was the clear winner. sure he coasted a bit in the last few rounds, but that shouldn't overshadow the damage he did earlier. oh well, at this point I'm used to seeing horrible judging year in and year out.
