    What I was thinking lol, besides Whyte & Joshua who would even be Ortiz's 3rd fight? And that's assuming we don't get Allen 2, Price & Chisora lol.

    only thing i can think off is they weren't properly set up for an international fighter at the time, now with their position in America, it will be easier.

    If Ortiz fought Whyte, the winner really would deserve the April Wembley event with AJ. I mean, both are legit title challengers as it stands, but if you think a Wenbley event should be something special, then the Ortiz Whyte winner would be a special kind of Challenger.
