    No, you don't get it.

Vitali didn't play second fiddle to Lewis when he stepped in on 10 days notice to fight him.

That's the problem. Hearn, with no back up plan, is trying to get someone to play "Second Fiddle" instead of trying to make the best fight he can.

Hearn could've made a fight BIGGER than Joshua-Miller if he replaced Miller with Usyk. We'd get two unified undefeated champions fighting in Madison Square Garden. And Usyk would have a nine-week camp instead of eight because he'd have an extra week to prepare (fighting June 1 instead of May 25).

And the Brits would actually get a fight worth staying up for.

But Hearn can't think and talk at the same time. And all he's doing is talking and pointing fingers and trying to get everyone not to notice what a mess he's made.

It's his promotion. He gets the blame.

I'm losing interest in this sport. Fights you want don't happen or take too long. Big gaps between big fights. Sport is **** right now.

Since when has Usyk said he wants to fight AJ at 6 weeks notice at MSG? Never. That's because Usyk and his team know that, that fight, is bigger down the road when Usyk has made his mark and increased his profile and also has a full camp with full preparation and the best possible change at defeating AJ.

Where's the mystery in that? You're harping on like this is Joshua's last chance saloon. He is THE NUMBER ONE HEAVYWEIGHT. FACT.

Joshua is arguably not even prime and still has the big fights to come, and they will come.

And what the **** has Vitali got to do with any of this, other than the fact he showed himself to have a pair unlike the shower of **** that is ducking AJ at the moment.

Now that he's on the one fight every 12 months schedule, Joshua will be lucky if he fights 30 times at this rate.

I hope they pick someone good for June 1. Because that's likely the only time you're going to see Joshua in the ring in 2019.

so Ortiz overplayed his hand. now will take the fight. a dead Ortiz is still better than Ruiz. AJ better not fight the featherfisted fatso.

And why are you gloating at this potential factoid? Don't you want your online love interests, Wilder and Ortizn't to fight for all the marbles' because that could happen November/ December time if either of them finally grow a nut sack.

What this situation does show is how many clowns are in this sport. Jimenez is supposed to be Ortiz’s manager and he had no input over anything and kept saying it’s up to hi promoter. He knew no information and realised if he wants longevity in this sport with future clients he can’t mess promoters like Hearn about.

But as his manager surely you have to advise your client not to get involved with promoters like this in the first place.

Some real low level characters and businessmen in boxing that’s for sure

This is the same manager that allowed Hearn to play Ortiz like a fiddle several years ago. Ortiz’s promoter did him a favor, since with less than a six week training camp Ortiz would be showing to get bodied in 2-3 rounds by Joshua. Hearn is the one in a tight spot, so Ortiz’s manager would look like an amateur letting his fighter take less than Miller was getting.

If Hearn was serious he would’ve offered Ortiz the same pay Miller was going to get. Hearn is learning the hard way that most promoters aren’t complete suckers like Higgins.

One's turned the fight down in the UK already and the other wants to test the water at heavyweight.

Meanwhile the guy you told everyone was getting lowballed has just admitted he was wrong not to take the offer he was given.

Sucks to be you on this forum after that.

Ortiz and his team are dumb as rocks, what separates them from team Wilder is actually knowing how to maintain a belt for less threatening fights since 2015, chalk that up to Go Kel a guy that gives anyone with sense ..BAD vibes...lol

I've conversed with them once in what went wrong in the actual Wilder fight that they thought what I said was important to respond back but At this point I hope Ortiz and Wilder walk off a steep edge I really can't stand either bc I HATE fighters coat tailing others success and both have done this.

what made the fights harder to actually make are the idiots who supported them and attacked the guy in 20 fights after defeating a well prepared Klitschko , so THOSE morons need to pipe down and be content with whoever Joshua fights from here on in.
