good on him for having a warrior's spirit. he ll get whooped - so what. he still needs to believe he ll win - or else whats the point. these guys have all my respect- and to do what they do- they need to be a bit deluded- and have denial as a mechanism. its hard to go in there and fight- i ve been and i dont enjoy getting hit by a better fighter round after round- when it gets to the point where it feel like ur just a bully bag. for ortiz to go in green against a guy like floyd is daunting man. he s facing a guy who he probably looked up to when he was young. he better believe that he s the greatest of al time in his mind- cos any doubt- will show. its like a speeding train- it better be going fast if its going to crack a brick fortress- and this guy floyd is immovable yo.

 

if he walked in and said- well uh - you know what?
honestly - floyd s better than me- but win lose or draw its a big big payday that will set me up for life- and make me a name fighter so i ll be a million fight guy from here on out- like cotto or margarito, etc- so its really worth the loss. but i ll go in there and try and make it a good show- but ****- he s the best- and i got knocked out by a guy who isnt even a player. but yeah- tune in guys- i ll try and lose with as much dignity as posible. now that would be ****ing crazy.
