Mate, Mitch would favour Dorian Darch over Wilder.

Haha, I don't think I've seen someone rate a boxer as little as Mitch rates Wilder. He's clearly sloppy and limited, but as we've said many times - that doesn't matter too much when you can generate as much power as him and time those shots correctly.

It wouldn't be a walk in the park to beat him at all*. I would favour Wilder against most of the current 'top 10'.

*Dependent on what mental state he's in.

Haha, i like him. Good to have different opinions.

Whyte keeps saying in interviews that he would just walk forward and put it on Wilder. Whyte hasn’t walked forward and put it on anyone since Helenius and he looked terrible when he did. Had no idea how to cut the ring off and Helenius just rode the shots. He never looked like stopping him.

The thing with Whyte is he is very aware of his limited gas tank. He really tries to go easy, work the jab and let his opponent come to him. His feet are so slow, his balance is really bad and he’s wide open to be hit. Wilder only needs one punch and it’s over. Easy nights work for him.

No, but Darch would probably deal with Sconiers and Nicholls easier.:D

You are correct and I still would give Bakole the slight edge. A walking French punch bag just moving foward gave wilder problems and messed his face up and even Washington jab gave him problems.

Bakole win over Kuzmin is a better win than all of Wilders opponents best wins with exception of Liakhovich (who was way past it when he fought Wilder) win over Brewster and Ortiz win over Jennings. Bakole hasn't even had 20 fights yet.

If Wilder actually beats a proven world level fighter in any of AJ, Usyk, Hunter, Povetkin, Whyte, Parker Ruiz, Pulev etc then I'll admit i called it wrong but until then I am not convinced.

I also disagree with near enough everything he says - from the fighters he rates to how he measures ability.

In fairness to him, he remains civil and will debate with you properly. The likes of Aydamn, Hayers and Infern0141 and all those others that habitually go against the grain never could manage that.

Fair enough, I think you've called that one very wrong but if that's your opinion then that's your opinion!

    So Whyte v Ortiz?

Yeah I like it. A lot of you had Ortiz in your top 10 HW’s and some had him ahead of Whyte so I can’t understand why anyone would then have a problem with this fight? Yes he’s old but he was old last year when he fought Wilder! Nothing new. You still rank him top 10 and (some) higher than Whyte.

These are fights we should be asking for, people who we believe are two top 10 fighters going at it.

I’d definitely be interested in the fight, I’m on board with it...better not be PPV though.

I think the resistance towards it is because there are better fights out there that could be made.. ie Ruiz or Joyce.

Ruiz won't fight again until he's blown all his cash and is down to his last snickers. Whytesnake vs Ortiz has juice in it.

Id put money on it most of these names are being dropped as a form of clout chasing

No PBC fighter is coming here to fight Whyte and the judges (and the ref)

Haymons priorty is his own shows right now and Wilder,Ruiz and more than likely Ortiz are going nowhere

Unless Al is cashing them out

I'm baffled how people choose not to see this

Its going to be the Del boy trilogy is it?

Simon Jordan wont be best pleased
