I want Joshua - Ortizn't but unfortunately one of them has forgotten what he's in the game of boxing for......to make money and fight for titles

It would certainly be the best HW announced so far this calendar year. It tops the following:

    Whyte vs Rivas
    Usyk vs Takam
    Wilder vs Breazeale
Fury vs De Mori mark 2

    Like I said elsewhere ...

Usyk was the World Amateur champion at heavyweight. He was the Olympic Gold Medalist at Heavyweight. He dominated the World Series of Boxing at Heavyweight, beating guys like Joe Joyce along the way. Every time he's stepped in the ring as a pro he was a heavyweight - entering the ring at 210-215 36 hours after the weigh in. Usyk weighs more than Wilder when Wilder has defended his heavyweight title. Usyk isn't going to enter the ring at 250 when he fights next month. He'll weigh 210-215 like HE HAS HIS ENTIRE PRO CAREER when he steps in the ring.

This garbage about Usyk needing to be "acclimated" to the weight it LAUGHABLE. He's been a HEAVYWEIGHT for a DECADE.

Usyk is a heavyweight like Joe Frazier - another Olympic Heavyweight Gold Medalist was a heavyweight. He's a heavyweight like Olympic Heavyweight Gold Medalist Ray Mercer was a heavyweight.

Wilder only won the Bronze at Heavyweight in the Olympics ... Usyk won the gold ... Usyk routinely weighs more than Wilder when Usyk fights ... Yet Wilder is about to make his NINTH defense of the HEAVYWEIGHT title and Usyk "still needs to get acclimated?"

    Please. Stop the BULL.

Usyk is a heavyweight. He's 32. He's been a heavyweight since he was old enough to drink.

You guys sound like you just started watching the sport yesterday when you say stuff like that.

Usyk isn't suddenly going to be a heavyweight AFTER he slaps Takam silly in a couple weeks. Usyk has been one for years.

Doesn't matter, though, because Mike Hunter - who Usyk also beat - supposedly is "acclimated" enough to take the fight.

Anyone else mentions Wilder in any context I'm this thread no matter how relevant to ths discussion- "You guys are obsessed with Wilder, you can't go a day without mentioning him, what does his purses as champ and challengers have to do with this this"

Proceeds to use Wilder to then make a point about Usyk.

    GTFOH Dubblechin you utter cretin.

It is? You think Joshua-MIKE HUNTER is a "better heavyweight fight" than Dillian Whyte-Oscar RIvas? Better than Wilder-Breazeale? Better than Usyk-Takam?

You honestly don't know anything at all about boxing, do you?

I guess Hearn does know his "audience." Enjoy your 4 a.m. PPV. The main event will last about as long as it takes you to turn your pillow over and go back to sleep.

Where's the ambition of these fighters though.
Whyte, Ortiz apart from earning career high paydays, if they beat the champion then they're in the drivers seat.
What's wrong with these men, everybody now is a ducker and diver.

We will! , you enjoy Bumsquad and PBC fighting in fake MSG with lil Kim screeching for 10mins during the walk-in which somehow provides more entertainment than a Wilder fight . Hitting and flailing the air (Breazeale is easy to hit tho) then screaming how everyone is dodging him and how Wilder is prepared to go anywhere , anytime , seen all this from PBC for the past 4 years .

To be fair to Whyte , he knows he can get it in Wembley for better terms , it's a UK grudge match without all the B.S. the states is throwing in . Besides its America and needs to be a US born or based boxer otherwise what is the point in fighting in the US ? I'll take Wembley and the UK any day of the week and let PBC hang itself .

Yes. For me Hunter is a more skilled boxer than any of Rivas, Takam and Breazeale.

I think I will enjoy it more than Ortiz, seeing another guy collect 5 Million US Dollars, when it could have been him.

I would't have the BALLS to watch that fight knowing I lost that Money.

This is the PBC and American based boxers falling apart inside their own nation . Fury one side of the states AJ in the other , heaven forbid if Whyte turned up to fight an American too . Telling everyone for the past couple of weeks . They are getting 1812'd .

    This, basically.

Usyk is fighting Takam in a few weeks. And he is not going to step in as a substitute opponent on 6 weeks' notice. The guy is a top 5 p4p talent and undisputed cruiserweight champ. He is also not stupid. His camp know perfectly well that stepping up to heavyweight is going to be a challenge. He will fight a couple of ranked contenders and gun for a title shot when he's used to the weight and has the maximum chance of winning.
