    And who does Ortiz think he is, anyway? Since when does a challenger coming off a draw get to challenge a beltholder at a catchweight?! I am glad that Berto's camp seem to be sticking to their guns that the fight should be at 147.

    Aydin will probably collect another step aside check, (the last one he got was reportedly for 100k.)

    I doubt that he's pissed.

    The $ part is settled so if this is the only thing standing in the way of the fight being made then expect an announcement next week.

    I'm guessing 145 is the magic number which sucks for a title fight but I don't expect Berto to have too much trouble so it won't matter.

    Ortiz can hardly make 140. Why in the hell would he want a catchweight? Sounds like to me he's trying to get out of this fight.

    he weighed in at 155 on fight night last time out. It's not making any sense for him to ask for a catch weight for that reason. Why? So he gains 12 pounds overnight instead of 15? Just fight at welterweight.

    I think this will be a great fight, ortiz is very good yet he lacks heart, this could be a great fight with both guys going down.

    I have no idea why Ortiz's camp is taking this fight, Berto has dynamite for fists, this is going to be brutal.
