Malignaggi is gonna fight dirty tonight. Take his shots, foul if he needs to, he's here to win.

I'm late but I see Hops. He probably got over his little "feud" with Richard. Khan is making good use of his handspeed.

    Round 2

Malignaggi tries a no-look upjab and gets bombed by Khan. They infight a bit and both back off. Khan tries to work in with a jab. Malignaggi ducks but eats a jab flush. Malignaggi charges in and bangs Khan low with a five bodypunch combination. Khan holds Malignaggi's head down and they both tap the body with their free hands. Malignaggi's jab falls short. Khan controlling distance well...he lands a big right hand. Malignaggi times another Khan right and throws a forearm around his head, holds and hits ferociously. Smoger begins to get stern with verbal warnings about "going behind the neck". Both men fall short with their jab. Khan boldly presses in, Malignaggi ducks down quickly but Khan able to stay with him and find the moving target of his face with the right hand.

    20-18 Khan

Khan has clearly been learning a lot in the Wild Card gym. He looks like a pretty mature fighter in there, like he's doing a lot of thinking. Showing poise. No doubt he's had a lot of great sparring.

So far as of round 2,
Khan is very fast but would get destroyed by Alexander. I don't think he would last more than 5 rounds with him.

Malignaggi is just physically too small and feather fisted. A little more power and he could chin check Khan.
