    Hey

How about this match up down the road if both guys post a few more wins?

Both are skillful, young, big punchers and there are obvious vulnerabilities on both sides which make it mega exciting.

It could be a massive clash down the road! I think it ends within four or five rounds and find it hard to pick a winner.

    Thoughts?

I don't have faith in neither one but I'd pick Khan simply because I feel that he can give Ortiz a fight which would result in Ortiz quiting and having to reconsider his career choice.

Ortiz didnt look too impressive last week and he got hit more than he should have. The fight was pretty close. I would still favour him over Khan, but I think the nickname "vicious" is no longer credible.

I've asked this many times and still have no answer. Why is Maidana now considered an elite at 140? He beat Ortiz and lost to Kotelnik. This is hardly the record of an elite fighter. Ortiz hasn't beaten anyone of note that represents a good win, just looking good against lesser opponents.
Khan wins every round against Kotelnik and yet gets no credit, it amazes me!
Khan vs Bradley is the ideal fight for me, and rightful fight as my number 1 and 2 competing properly at that division.

Maidana Vs Kotelnik was competitive. Prescot Vs Khan was not.

Khan gets respect BUT he's starting is 140 career nd doind excellent. Mentally, he's nowhere near Bradley. Skillwise, he's very close.

    U remember David Reid?

It's a Prescott situation man. He is ranked and highly regarded but in fact completely unproven. He was definitely going down if Ortiz fought his usual game

Agreed. Khan is too quick and I believe alot more skilled than Ortiz. Maidana only really has a punch so i think with Khans skill and speed he would box rings round him. He has improved alot under Roach and will only get better. Alot of you American boys seem to think Maidana is the top man at 140 since he beat Ortiz. You seem to also forget that Ortiz had Maidana flat on his arse a few times in the fight.
