if in prime, kotelnik, great defence no chance he'll be stopped so ortiz's power wouldn't be a major factor, counters the **** out of ortiz, people underrate kotelnik, due to khan fight but that style is his kryptonite
At Welterweight, Ortiz and easily. Kotelnik is bigger than alot of guys at 140, this allows him to put his defence up, take their shots to his arms etc and then counter with solid accurate punches. Ortiz comes to the ring close to the SMW limit, and would be much bigger than Kotelnik who'd shock me if he weighed more than 155lbs on fightnight. Ortiz hits him and breaks him down, maybe even stopping Kotelnik who'd be outsized, and drastically outgunned.
