    I've been wanting to see this fight for years real bad blood between them. This fight needs to happen and it makes sense for both men.

    I think but they both trained up in Oxnard. I remember Rios being from Texas but I do believe their rivalry started when Ortiz left Garcias gym.

    Ortiz gets stopped if the fight happens. Ortiz isn't a guy that will box his way to a win and if he takes virtually anything solid from Rios everyone knows he's going to fold. Dude has talent but no heart.
