Takam will target a fight with Duhaupas in december ,but Ortiz will still be on the card in Monaco

Ortiz has just signed with Eddie Hearn! Will be fighting out of the UK now. His European debut is to be announced Monday.

Big surprise to see Ortiz sign with Hearn. I hope Hearn doesn't do what Don King used to do and sign fighters that were threats to his cash cow and then just side line them for years.

I hope this means they have a plan to eventually match him up with Joshua. That would be a cracking fight if Joshua can keep winning.

I'm sure Hearn said that's a possibility. He should match him with Whyte just to get rid of him. He stinks the joint up every time he's on Sky. Would love to see him get destroyed. Unfortunately though it look's like we'll be getting Whyte-Chisora. Ortiz will probably be fed some journeyman.

Ortiz vs. Haye is a possibility? Just guessing here.

Haye would want no part of that fight. He's waiting to cash out to AJ

You'd like to watch Whyte getting destroyed quickly?

Im thinking if there was some sort of belt on the line Haye would fight Ortiz. Winner gets AJ, Haye would love that IMO.

No way would Haye take an Ortiz fight under any circumstance.

Hearns is gunna use Ortiz as AJ's bodyguard, so if anyone dangerous wants an AJ fight they will have to take the Ortiz fight to get it.

That's ludicrous. For the rigth payday Haye would fight. If he can get a belt vs. Ortiz of course Haye would fight him. A belt translates into further paydays.

My guess, Hearn will allow Ortiz to feast on british domestic level heavyweights like lewison

Cynicism aside, Whyte would be the ideal opponent for Ortiz, in order to showcase him to the British fans, and potentially hype Joshua vs Ortiz (or maybe even Ortiz vs Parker at some point).
