I actually think Floyd will stop him late. He is too technically Flawed to cause Floyd any problems.

He's more talented than Baldomir. It all depends on how Floyd chooses to fight. I think the speed will trouble Floyd a little bit. It always has. Victor will come out swinging and do well in the first two. I think Ortiz will be a little more dedicated than most are giving him credit for.

Ortiz has power baldomir didnt and floyd is older now coming from lay offs, there might be a shock, its not impossible for him to win eventhough its not expected.

I think you are probably right. People are overreacting to the Berto victory. Ortiz is a good fighter, but a level below Mayweather. This will be clearly evident when the fight happens.

Floyd knows what he's doing in selecting Ortiz as an opponent. For most fighters, Victor would be a danger. Talent and style wise Vic doesn't have a chance.
To see Floyd in a fight where the other guy has a chance , it would have to be against someone like Sergio Martinez or Paq, but of course Floyd avoids those guys like the plauge.
When Floyd talks about giving the fans what they want, it's total bull****. He has no intention of ever being in a fight that might be competitive.
What a waste , Floyd does have the potential to provide history making classic fights. What he gives us are exhibitions akin to watching someone pulling the wings off a fly and torturing it.

He may actually not fare as well. Ortiz squares up more and doesnt bring his hands right back quick enough leaving him very vulnerable to counters. If Floyd is on his game, I think he will stop Ortiz in the middle rounds. If Floyd is a little rusty or shows a little age then he wins a Baldomir-like shutout. Ortiz is not more talented than Baldomir, hes just a southpaw and hits harder.

Floyd takes his anger about his father out on Ortiz. Victor stance is vulnerable for hooks and bodyshots, he gets stopped.

The only fight that's really out there for Pac that people are really "screaming for" if with May. Martinez would be the only one out there that would be a challenge, but people don't know Sergio enough for there to be any "screams" yet.

Floyd's in then same position, of course.

Martinez is the only one truboxingfans would know about. I think it's Floyd's one true challenge. Only prob is Sexy Sergio isn't hyped like manny is, so the general public would still demand to see Floyd beat up emmanuel.
