Prime Wlad didnt KO the likes of Sultan Ibragimov either. It took him until the last minute to KO Eddie Chambers.

I'm not so sure that he would have KO'd Jennings in his prime. Wlad isn't good at handling opponents who keep him off balance.

 

But he throw and land a lot more there and didn`t clinch so often. He was moving backwards, now hes workrate is going down, hes cardio is worst, he is as half as fast as he was before.
Its pretty obvious. You not need an opponent to look at that.
