-Paid Cotto what he wanted
-Fought at weight Cotto demaded
-Fought at weight Floyd demanded
-Fought at weight Khan demded
-Fought at weight that was closer to JCCjr's previous fight
-Paid GGG a % instead of a flat fee to get him in the ring with him
-Paid GGG even more, plus DLH had to cough up more money to get GGG to agree to a rematcg

That’s a good point about Floyd. I was at his rematch with Castillo in Vegas. Floyd was on the undercard of Wlad Klitschko. At that point Floyd was an American Olympic medalist, had decimated Corrales and Manfredy, was fighting a highly anticipated rematch and still was an undercard fighter to a non American!
