Chepo has no reason to lie, and he's given actual details of what happened and what was said.

It's not logical that Canelo would have wanted or offered 152 initially.

In the video, Oscar says - "Canelo wanted 152. He couldn't go any lower, and was ready to walk away."

As Bob Dylan says "You don't need a weather man to know which way the wind blows."

It's blatantly OBVIOUS why Canelo asked for the 152.

It's the only way he could get the fight.

But lets not spin it and pretend that he originally wanted it.

It was either compromise or there was no fight at all.
