I mean, Haney is a talented fighter, no doubt. You have to consider what we just saw... Yeah he didn't struggle at all with George, but given the size and reach advantage along with the fact George is not a puncher in any sense, Haney should have been able to absolutely dominate him in impressive fashion. He didn't, it was boring AF.
Mosely and ODH were elite and both could punch like a MF, so I would lay money they both KO him.

We need to see more of Haney as it’s a bit premature to make a judgment either way. It looks like Haney’s defence and basic fundamentals might be better than both but both more devastating punchers.

Yes he is but his fundamentals faulty at the highest levels where he struggled. Not saying they were terrible but his performance levels dropped.

Let him defend it at least once before comparing him to ATG FFS!!

Haney has literally only beaten one prime world class lightweight

Never beaten a prime world class fighter his own size

Has only fought one puncher and not only was said puncher shot but they hadn't fought in 15 months and when they eventually did manage to get going and shake off the rust they badly hurt the much naturally bigger and heavier Haney who needed the bell to come to his rescue to avert a KO loss

One hit wonder Kambosos looked and would've been two divisions lighter, was an extremely favourable style match up for him, someone who clearly cannot deal with shot inactive boxers his own size and well past it career 126 ones let alone ones way bigger and longer than him as evidenced by their two SD wins over Bey and Selby who caused him all the trouble in the world with their boxing skills.

Gamboa was 39 y/o, way smaller and lighter, had been shot to bits for years, had only stopped 2 of his previous 12, was giving away 6'' in reach, and was chinny as hell in his prime against fighters his own size

Tiny little leprechaun featherfist Jojo is the only other prime world class fighter Haney has ever fought and that was a grotesque size mismatch against a career 126 vs a gigantic 135 who literally looks like the living dead on the scales and rehydrates 20lbs bare minimum. Jojo had only fought at the weight once before, a fight many feel he was lucky to get his hand raised in, was giving away a whopping 7'' in reach and like Gamboa had only stopped 2 of his last 12 IIRC.

Pump the freaking brakes already. One win over a prime career fighter at your weight you're way bigger than and a weight you're absolutely gigantic for. Anyone can have a bad day at the office. Your worst night can coincide with your opponent's best night ala Teofimo vs Kambosos or Taylor vs Catterrall when you're way below your best.

Both Oscar and Shane spark Haney out violently with ease

    Is this for real?

Mosley would send Haney to the stratosphere.

The ldbc cucks would be put on life support.

If the cap fits. Specifically I draw your attention to Oscar fights against Mayweather, Mosley, B-Hop,
I draw your attention to his fights against Whittaker, Quartey, Mosley, Trinidad, B-Hop, Sturm and Floyd and you see his level drop dramatically. Compare that to his other performances where he looks like Superman. I will put the Pacquiao performance aside and give him a pass.
