You should see a doctor about those voices in your head. Next thing they'll be telling you is to crawl across a busy intersection.

Oscar was no middleweight. He was fat against Sturm and got a gift, then fought reasonably well weighing 155 against Hopkins before getting stopped in 9. He was actually a little past it at 154. He was never quite physically as sharp and fast after the Mosley fight in 2000. He fought a poor tactical fight that night was actually looked excellent physically. Mosley just fought better.

Oscar is often remembered for his run at 147, but I actually think Oscar might have been his best at 140. He had a pretty decent amount of experience and also the physical gifts of being rangy, powerful and fast. No matter what division Oscar was best at, it’s a matter of size and Oscar was too small for GGG.

With Tito, I lean towards GGG due to Tito also not being as good at 160 as he was at lower weights. I’m not sure if Tito gets underrated at 160 due to the fact that he lost to one of the greatest MWs ever in Hopkins. It wasn’t like he lost to some average beltholder. FWIW, he destroyed the second best MW in the world, but William Joppy being the 2nd best in the division doesn’t say much for the division.

But Trinidad certainly was in love with his power by the time he was fighting at MW. Compare how carefully and smartly he picks his punches and moves in 1994 against Oba Carr and then watch him in 2001 against Joppy and Hopkins.

Oscar fought Hopkins at a 158 lb catchweight.

He could probably deal with both on the same evening, Clinton.

Oscar would run just like against Tito. Tito and GGG would be a war.

    Don't think so.

GGG has way better chin, more power and is a better boxer. Tito had a habit of getting KD'd early and getting off the canvas to win. That's not happening with Golovkin.

GGG would take the Tito bit first. It's over in two or three rounds.

    Then Oscar.

He lasts a bit longer but only because he'll be running. He has absolutely nothing in his arsenal to trouble GGG. Oscar is a slightly better boxer than Golovkin, but weaker jaw and less power. Part two lasts six or seven rounds and ends with a body shot.

With a fifteen minute break between Tito and Oscar, this double-feature card should be over in under 45 mins.

    Yes, no and no.

You can certainly argue that Bumlovkin has the better chin but when Trinidad put guys down @ 160 - they stayed DOWN. Last I checked, a guy who had been previously KO'ed in Jacobs got UP against Bumlovkin and arguably WON the fight. And as far as boxing ability is concerned, Tito would never be reduced to settling for a DRAW against the caliber of fighter Canelo Alvarez is.

Tito put one guy of worth down at 160, Joppy, after dropping him a few times before. And Joppy finished on his feet...so guys staying down at 160...not really accurate Gay_Layer...

Tito would give a good, action packed fight for maybe half the fight. But he's too susceptible on defense.

Only problem there is, GGG has never been down and he has been in with bigger punchers than Tito.
One guy is going down here (and it won't be his first trip to the canvas) and that dude is STAYING down.

Tito was a very decent welter.

He has practically no resume at MW and wouldn't have much of a chance against MW Canelo.
