    I agree. Oscar bringing a lot of attention to boxing and that's what he should be most remembered for. He never really could beat the best but could compete with them.

    i had picked trinidad, quartey, vargas, j.c chavez and many others to beat him. i tried to berate him his entire career. i am the oscar anti-fan. someone has to be great for me to cheer against him so hard for so long. thanks oscar, you kept me loving the sport, and no fighter in recent memory brought in new fans like you.

    Lennox Lewis fought a lot of past their prime HW's but he's recognized as one of the ATG's of boxing. Oscar fought the best there was out there and won some, lost some, but accomplished a lot.
