The dude got Floyd fake a retirement. You could argue Floyd isn't a big name but it still counts.

The irony of a Floyd fan saying who has DLH beaten when the best prime fighter Floyd ever defeated was Diego Corrales.

I saw some talent, i dont wanna extremely talented though because if he really was he would've won more of his big fights. I agree with you. He was the biggest draw, and thats by the media really.

If he didnt get so much hype he would be ranked higher if you ask me, because there wouldnt be this huge expectations of him. But when you come out here and your the biggest Non HW draw like you said, then you gotta live up to hype. i dont think he did at all

Because of the inconsistent logic. Just exposes you ad a hater.

You back a guy who has no great wins. Then trash DLH claiming he has no great wins.

He only lost 2 fights convincingly in 45 bouts, Bhop and Pac, all others he lost were either controversial or too close, and they were all prime ATG's. Pac fight was when he was 35, he shouldn't have taken that fight, I suppose he did out of financial reasons. Very few boxers in recent memory faced as many prime ATG's as he did.

Yes i've said all of this.

Chavez wins were good for him.

Quartey and Whitaker highly debateable but wins.

So he went up to fight Hopkins, thats good for him. BOXERS HAVING BEEN DOING THAT FOREVER!!! He gets no credit for getting whooped by Hopkins.

He would've never had to fight Hopkins if he didnt get a HUGE GIFT in the Sturm fight.

ys good left hook and fought everybody. thats good. but im talking about how he was hailed and rated so highly but lost almost all his big fights. when you lose that many fights and have that much hype around you, your classfied as overrated.

No hate, just keeping it real. I never said he sucked, or was a terrible fighter because that would make me a troll and im far from that. But I do think hes overrated.

So he's not great because he doesn't have a legacy defining win?

Sounds an awful lot like one of your guys....

He fought a competitive fight with Mayweather despite being past his prime

I guess that would make Mayweather extremely overrated as well

    Stop Trolling

How come you cant just deal with Oscar losing almost all his big fights and being overrated?? Why you mad?? Im trying to have a decent argument in here and giving people there chance to try to make there case for Oscar not being overrated.

Your doing nothing of the sort at all. YOu've spoke nothing about Oscar, just somebody else that i didnt mention at all :dead:dead

    You can't can't comprehend English.

You open with who has DLH beaten? Thus implying that he doesn't have any great wins.

Uh?? He lost to Mayweather convincingly bro and if you didnt see that then YDKSAB! Also lost to Sturm convincingly so thats 4 fights easy.

Like I've in the OP, we all know he fought alot of greats, thats fine!! But he lost most of them, and the way he got hyped means he was overrated!!

I guess people dont know what the term overrated is.
