    His win over Mayorga and his performance against Mayweather make me think that he is one of the top 154ers. There is also Spinks (who had a very close fight with Karmazin and a win over Rodney Jones) and Vernon Forrest (who has defeated Baldomir and Piccirilo).

    Well the way your putting it you are saying Floyd hasnt fought anyone and oscar has, yet Floyd beat Oscar and is goin to do it again so i guess that doesnt make Oscar so great huh. Oh yea and by the way, I think Oscar is the real ***, not Mayweather
