    He said this during the Mayweather - Marquez presser to try and make it seem like Marquez will win.

    "Manny the smaller man destroyed me while I was competitive with Mayweather, I was active before fighting Pacquiao and my speed and timing was all there. I don't care what anyone says Manuel beat Pacquiao not once but two times."

    Again Oscar proves what a dumb ass he is. It's really a plus for boxing that he finally retired. He went out with 4 losses in his last 7 fights and it should have been 5 out of 7. Arum deserves an award as "Promoter of the Century" for orchestrating Oscars hand-picked career.
