I find it hard to compare them, ODLH resume is a who's who of the best fighters around his weightclasses.
He was notorious though on milking every advantage on gloves, ring size etc.
Vitali can not really be held responsible for his division being in the state its in, he can only beat whos put in front of him.

Vitali rarely ever drops a round and the sheer dominance of his performances even at age 40 (ODLH does not have this kind of longevity) are remarkeble.

Oscar also needed a few robberies but on the flip side has been robbed as well.

Skill wise i think Vitali tends to get a bad rep because hes so unorthodox (unorthodox does not mean without skill)
I actually think his jab/right cross are superior than Oscars, where Oscars left hook is much better.
Oscar also tended to unload flurries of very inaccurate punches, where Vitali has a higher work rate and higher accuracy + better ring generalship.

So hard to beat Oscars resume though, so ill refrain from giving a opinion.

(yes im fully aware this was a troll thread to start mud slinging but i was bored and wanted to break it down anyway)
