Top selling fight in history without Arum = Being pimped out

Bob couldn't control his hoes until he found putos like Cotto/Pac and Margacheato

Ya, I would assume HBO will be frantically scrambling to build up some people over the next few years.

Floyd Definitely hates Bob, doesn't want to make him any money. Probably the #1 reason Mayweather vs Pacquiao didn't happen ahead of other bs factors.

Hbo was Obviously but hurt over showtime signing Mayweather, but why take it out on the entire golden boy lineup?

You really think Bob gives a **** the man has made his money and continues to do so when its all over for Floyd, when he is done fighting, when the money is gone Bobs legacy will continue to move forward. Bobs net worth is more than Floyds I doubt he is losing sleep.

    I think so

  7. Man I just subscribed to Showtime so that **** worked. **** em lol. Now HBO and SHO have my money. It is what it is. If you're a true boxing fan you really have no other option but to subscribe to both. Now ready for the awesome fights that await.

True, I've always had both so I watch all the fights anyway. It kills any notion or real chance that cross promotion fights between GB n Top rank will happen. The real losers are us fans.

  9. **** off lowblows you dont subscribe to **** but the gay times

Your talking like the promoter has been the fighter in the ring putting on the shows.

quiet fool they have worked many times since then...
when pac tore threw oscars entire stable

HBO ditched golden boy cause he fed us a load of bull**** berto fights , all inhouse fights and not competitive fights

and another guy beats berto then gets an undeserved floyd mismatch

look at the crap with alvarez they served up while martinez beat chavez

look at donaire rigo this weekend, we dont get that from oscar

the only good top level fight they have this year is alvarez trout and they really tried to stop that

HBO is now buying fights, and not giving one promotor free dates to fill with cans

    this guarantees quality

    Pretty poor and bias post.

Matthysse vs Peterson isn't a top level fight? :blood (not to mention winner fights Garcia, another top level fight guaranteed)

Mares vs Ponce isn't a top level fight? :blood

Alexander vs Brook isn't a top level fight? :blood

And HBO ditching GBP aint got **** to do with what fights GBP puts together. Has to do with GBP catering to showtime.

GBP has put on some of the best fights in the past few years :patsch

You sound like some Top Rank shrill.

    Ortiz vs Berto
    Khan vs Maidana
    Khan vs Garcia
    Mares vs Moreno
    Matthysse vs Alexander
    Hopkins vs Dawson
    Vanes vs Lara
    Kirkland vs Angulo

the list goes on and on.... all quality fights from GBP in the last few years.

Do they put out **** fights sometimes? Ya, just like every other single promoter. And HBO themselves has a looooonnng history of being a catalyst for bull**** fights and not making the best fights available happen.

Good post. I've heard comments from Schaefer that lead me to believe that he realizes that GBP needs HBO. I believe they'll be back on the network eventually. The GBP/Top Rank fued will end when Arum is dead or steps down.
