He had a draw with Floyd. Prime Oscar makes Floyd look like Tito looked against Oscar.

Do you think Oscar was a faster combo puncher than SRR? I would give that edge to Oscar but Ray had more sting in his combos.

Mayweather didn`t fight like Tito though and would Oscar run away for the last two rounds also?

Floyd was far better defensively than Oscar.

Even at 130 Oscar wouldn't have to worry about Floyds power. I just don't see what Floyd could do to win.

Loma`s defense is more underrated, his defensive stats are better than Floyd`s were, he has a (being) hit percentage of punches (thrown at him) of only 16.5%, what he had over Oscar was better defensive footwork, Oscar`s footwork wasn`t very good.

    Floyd was better defensively.

It was very subtle under Rivero. He probably peaked in that time, too.

No doubt it's among the best ever, the man truly tried his darnedest to be an ATG. So many ridiculously good names on that resumé.

Definitely one of the best resumes for a Scottish fighter

Regardless of what you think of Oscar as a person, his penchant for dressing up in women's clothing and his alleged misuse of kitchen utensils, the guy was a fantastic fighter in his heyday and his resume is highly impressive.

As a promoter he's been a total **** who undermined everything he stood for as a fighter. Not sure why being a great fighter entitles him to promote others to act in a way that runs contrary to what made him great but hey ho.
