Oscar if he fights the full 12 rounds.

    Oscar wins.
Prime for prime Oscar wins too.

The actual 2007 fight was very close.

The younger version of Oscar would take this...it would be an interesting tactical fight.

    Floyd imo.

He was a superior fighter and barring a hail Mary left hook by Oscar Floyd should prevail.

Didn't De La Hoya do the same thing in the Trinidad fight that he did in the Mayweather one?

Still Floyd. I think Floyd even against Berto was better than the version of Pea who almost beat DLH, so I can't see why I wouldn't favor him. Actually, Floyd was sharp as hell against Berto.

Not exactly but he definitely faded in both fights. Always seemed to me like his nerves got the best of him in some of those fights-- just seemed so tight and high-strung in the ring--and I think that contributed to him running out of steam.

Probably Oscar, because Mayweather was clearly well past it, but it'd be close, Mayweather would outbox and out think him but is a bit too far past it. If Oscar fights in patches Mayweather wins unless it's another gift for Oscar.

Well arguably, but in Tito he probably thought he had it won and ran. Where as against Floyd he blew his load punching air and got gassed. Although maybe he was gassed in both. Who knows. He's a boxer who fights in patches.

Dlh. He was a shell 2007 and almost did it then.

A prime DLH poses serious problems for Mayweather with his jab, hand-speed, and power. I think DLH takes a decision.

You might be the only person in this thread who actually watched the fight...
