Napoles is just much better at 147, Oscar may go the distance but his face will be swelled up after being outboxed for 15 rounds, assuming he can last which isn't a given

 

Wouldn’t that be Ironic…the most relaxed fighter of all time ( Napoles) vs probably the most tense fighter of all time

 

Good tactical bout. I see Jose Mantequilla Napoles beating Oscar De La Hoya on points, that left hook to the body and counterpunching should see Napoles through this fantasy match. Remember the body punch that Bernard Hopkins landed on Oscar, it sent him to the canvas in writhing pain. Jose has ended some of his title bouts with his left to the body.

 

15 rounds was a man's game compared to the anemic 12 rounders which has robbed many greats from their victories.

 

Only way I see Oscar winning this one is if Mantequilla gets badly cut...

 

Napoles did get badly cut in his first fight against Billy Backus in 1970, in which he lost his title.
