But anyway, no way Oscar wins a decision over Cotto. I think a lot of you are forgetting how bad Oscar's stamina is. He could possibly KO Cotto. But I'd put my money on a Cotto UD.

Maybe the GIF doesn't tell the full story , but that punch definitely got to Oscar. When it landed, Oscar grimaced and it stopped him in tracks. Afterwards he began to clearly lean forward. That's when Floyd peppered him with jabs and right hands to the head, that Oscar wasn't able (or cared) to block because he was being overprotective of his midsection.

what makes u think that oscar would use his jab against a opponent like cotto. he didnt use it against mayweather even though it proved very effective when he did use it. Then he stopped because he just wasnt feeling it. come on. cotto would drop this has been even though hes still game he isnt oscar of old

I like Cotto, but if Zab can stun him, DLH can seriously hurt him. This would be at 154, not 147 remember.

Cotto puts up a brave effort but DLH's power proves to be far too much, and the REF relieves Cotto in the 7th.

Cotto will tire out DLH completely. The guy is just too energetic for DLH's old body.

When was the last time DLH was seen throwing those "spit fire" combinations? He can probably do that for the maximum of 2 to 3 rounds at this point and it won't be enough to ward off Cotto's attack.

fernando4cv3, Oscar would land his jab because he could with ease. That always gets fighter to throw a punch over and over, unless he is Zab Judah.

I like Cotto, but Zab could have done more with his left hand, but was too busy trying win on a foul. Oscar would not make the same mistake.

Cotto KO's Oscar. Miguel's too powerful, skilled. and he'll box his way inside. If Hop's body shot took him out?? He'll be lucky if Cotto takes him out with another body shot and not a head shot:good

Oscar should fight Cotto. It might help people forgive him for the Trinidad fight if he won.

    Why?

He's in the top three from 140-154.

You're still at the Oscar-bashing. If Oscar retired, you would be deprived writing material as 80 -90 % of your posts are Oscar-bashing.

Oscar could KO Hatton and Cotto on the same night.

This definitely feels like a fight that should be made. More than any other, there's uncertainty and a split among fans as to what the result would be.

I feel it too. I'm not sure who'd win this fight.

First, there are only two TRUE Oscarsexuals: Jack Presscot (who claims to have coined the term) and his Alterego, GayB.

I know you try hard to join that little club, with the overwhelming majority of your posts being Oscar-bashes, and if you keep it up, they might let you in.

If you check my posts and yours, you will find that mine cover a much wider swathe of boxers and they refrain from making hateful comments re: any boxer, even those I believe to be weak.

Your posts, like the two other aforementioned posters, tend to be biased, personal, and derogatory. You don't appear to do a lot of thinking. If you want to be taken seriously, you should avoid tossing around terms like "Dip ****". It shows a lack of class.

By any OBJECTIVE standard, Oscar is still in the ranks of the elite of the 147 and 154 divisions and will be until he gets dominated at least once by another boxer or retires.

But, given your attitude to Oscar, that's not something you're likely to grasp, much less agree with.

    But it is true nonetheless.
