This isn't amateur boxing, Genius. A *Professional* championship prizefight lasts for TWELVE ROUNDS. Ole Fishnets did NOT prove to be a more skilled fighter than Trinidad over TWELVE ROUNDS.

    Get a CLUE, Genius...

hilarious, i actually re-watched this fight last night and scored it 8 to 4 for oscar, which seems to be the consensus on here. i don't mind a tactical battle like that but the final four rounds were shameful on behalf of oscar. i get it though, at the time it failed to live up to the hype.

    Close fight for DLH
Disappointing decisions by his corner and judges, that's all

Oscar won that fight, period...Those last 3 rounds, plus maybe about 1 or 2 of the earlier rounds is all you can give to Tito, which wasn't enough for him to win.

Only Ricans, bitter Oscar haters, and Don King's paid off judges had Tito winning this.

close fight. always been a dlh fan even throughout his weirdness, kind of like being a michael jackson fan even though u know he was a freak. dlh deserved the victory. i watch it over and over and the closest i ever scored it was dlh by a point but i could see a draw looking at it from a trinidad fans point of view.

Yep that's how I see it. While technically on the score cards it could be a close fight at 7-5 rounds, it was a very easy fight to score with at least 7 clear rounds for De La Hoya.

I think some people favour the mystique of punchers and aggressive fighters too much. A puncher landing a right hand and a solid puncher landing a right hand should be scored equally if the punch lands equally as cleanly and doesn't hurt the opponent. But some seem to think that just because the more noted puncher is regarded as the harder hitter any punch they land should score more heavily on the scorecards than an equally good punch form a less noted puncher. That is a flawed and biased way of scoring.

Even Tito was suprised at Don King's judges decision. Oscar outboxed Tito, exposed him...............

Only Puerto Ricans think tito won.

I find it funny how Lara tells Canelo, "I'm going to **** you up like Tito did Oscar."

    He must not watch boxing
