this is harder to call then people will admit. Oscar was a beast at 140 and could have been considered his prime, but then again Floyd is a master and at 140 was also fantastic, his reflexes were sharper and he his speed coupled with his IQ was dangerous! I would still go with Floyd to win but it would likely be a SD
