No offense but it sounds like you lack knowledge of Oscar's resume at 135 to be truly honest. Where is this over matched opponent stuff coming from? Chicanito Hernandez was over matched? Hard to be over matched when you're unbeaten with plenty of experience. Ruelas? He had been unbeaten for years, was champion and was suppose to be Oscar's hardest test. Molina was also champion at the time. Don't let the fact that Oscar ran through all of them cloud your judgement. Like Jones said "They say i ain't fought nobody cuz i made em look like nobody"
Hernandez was a small 130lber, Oscar was a massive 135lber. Ruelas/Molina were merely good, but no great shakes. His 135lb resume isn't that good at all Well world class jab/movement gave Oscar fits and yes Ken had more than that, he has the better defense/jab/movement/timing and similar speed. Oscar is bigger/stronger and quicker but more 1 handed especially at LW
I can assure you that El Buja is one of the most knowledgeable posters that's ever breathed. Not sure if you know how long he has actually been posting for but his posts over the years have been consistently breath taking and his observations are born from anything but bias.
To be honest (and no offense) i didn't ask for a background check filled with lust and passion. :thumbsup In what way? Hernandez is even taller than Oscar is and Oscar was very thin in those days. And keep in mind that these were champions in their prime and Oscar was relatively inexperienced as a pro around that time. That's pretty impressive. In fact, i don't even think Oscar had 20 fights yet.
In that Oscar used diuretics to get down to 135 when he came into the ring in the 150+++ and Hernandez weighed around 135 in the ring. None of those champions were that amazing either. Buchanan is a whole complete other level
funny guy aren't you you ****ing clown just letting you know that your attempts to make out that a poster doesn't have knowledge just because he is making you look silly is embarrassing:good ******
yeah this kid is really dragging this on in the hope of some kind of relief now, getting rather silly
Him using diuretics is new to me, because I've never heard of it. Any links? Also, the size difference was not that dramatic. They looked like they were the same size in the ring. And i didn't say that they were all time greats, i said that they were underrated opponents and the fact that they were all very experienced and had titles, made the wins look even better. He had less than 20 fights and he literally ran through all of them.
