Oscar De La Hoya vs. Roberto Duran who wins?

You can pretty easily tell a fighter's power from watching them fight others. You don't actually have to feel their power for yourself. By your logic, there is no way to determine who hits harder between a prime Mike Tyson and Chris Byrd, because you haven't felt both of their shots. Not the most well thought out post.

Anyways, as to the thread, Duran would stop Oscar at LW, and would win a Decision at WW, at least the best version of Duran.

If we accept your point, very few of us could ever call any fighter a harder hitter than any other fighter.

Foreman's power vs Ruiz's power, tito's power vs Cory's power, etc. What you're saying is we can't compare them unless we've tasted their shots. Logic?


I said I was an oscar fan and he has good power in either hand, but IMO, Ray had just a tad more. And that's not too controversial.
