Vargas had to get his lower mandible completley reconstructed. They used the mandible of a cadaver, as one of Trinidad's hooks had crushed it beyond repair. The surgery took 7 hours, but Vargas was ok, and after some rehab, he could speak and eat again. The pathetic part was Oscar and members of Team DLH in the recovery room, praying that he would fight again.

    Sure, I'll do it here.

Oscar's new book is a bunch of lies, bull**** and sugarcoated crap. He bitches and whines like a ***** about his loss to Trinidad, his losses to Sugar, twice, and his loss to PBF and also the one to his personal foot washer, Bernard Hopkins. He cries and complains like a Nick Cannon's ex after Mariah took him away from her. He gloats over his victories against an ancient Chavez and Camacho, and doesnt talk about the famous "Fishnets" incident, because he is a big coward. Dont waste your money on this crap, it is mostly fiction.

Mora's still a little green, but he's coming along. he's got skills. How about De La Hoya ending with a shot at evening the score with Mosley? Or Mosley- Mora would even be good.

But he does admit to being very hurt by one of Chavez' right hands in thier rematch. Which goes to show a prime Chavez would have certianly beaten Oscar. With sharper reflexes that right would have been followed by hard left hooks to the body.

De La Hoya also admitted that Chavez "at age 33, was fighting off his reputation" and that the wear-and-tear of all the fights and hard-living had taken quite a toll on his body.

That's more than I can say for his fanboys on this website, who have claimed that Chavez was still very close to his prime and a top p4per when they fought. :-(

Why would a fight between an overrated, Crossdressing pretty boy (Your words) and a B level at best contender star be a good fight for LA?

The Crossdresser is pushing 36 and needs a b level guy with a real belt.
