    do you guys think base off the fighter he fought let's say he went undefeated and beat everyone he fought. do you think he might be able to be consider maybe the best ever or really close to it ?maybe top 5 all time discuss what your opinion I think he could be in the discussion of being the best of all time.

    He would be top 3-5 considering he would have wins over Hopkins, Mayweather, Pacquiao, Mosley Trinidad to go along with official wins against Quartey Vargas, Hernandez, Whitaker, Chavez, Sturn, Gatti that resume would be crazy

    In his prime he was pretty good. I think only Mosley in their first fight was the only one to beat him in his prime. He definitely beat Mosley in the rematch and he definitely beat Trinidad. But yea, if he had beaten Hopkins and Mayweather no doubt he'd be a top 10 atg.

    I had Oscar beating Void 7 - 5. He beat Tito and he beat Mosley both times, he did lose to Pac and Hopkins, but Hopkins was too big for Oscar............................

    it would be the best resume in the last 50 years, maybe more, im no historian. undefeated with titles in 6 weight divisions and wins over 5 atg's and a handful of hof locks.

    He also entered that Hopkins fight with a stitched hand. He wanted to pull out of it but Hopkins insisted because of the money they would both make. They were scheduled to become business partners after the fight so the whole thing seems a bit like two businessmen discussing profits and nothing more. Seems as if Hopkins carried Hoya for a few rounds before lowering the supposed boom.

    A lock for Top 3 in terms of greatness. He's a Top 40 ATG anyway to me.
    Wins over Roided Mosley, Trinidad, Vargas, Whitaker* is the stuff of pure legend.


    *He had an even fight with a version of Pernell Whitaker that equals that of a 2013 ish Mayweather. Can you imagine if a fighter had a truly even fight and was given the decision against that version of Mayweather? (An example just to put things into perspective).

    Past prime losses to Mayweather, Pacquiao, Hopkins (no business at 160, MW, a dive) Sturm = Not even a big deal.

    Oscar could have gone undefeated.... if he was a better fighter than he was. But he wasn't.
