I like him as a character and a fighter..... but it must be said that most of his fights didn't live up to their billing.

Especially from his days later days at 147 and up.

I liked Oscar as a fighter, and think Golden Boy do a good job as promoters, but I just hate him speaking at press conferences, there's usually at least one cringe worthy moment.

 

That clip of Hatton saddens me a little for some reason.

yeah man, could have achieved a hell of a lot more than he did!!

but oscar is right, he shouldnt come back if he doesnt respect the sport enough. i mean puting on 2 stone, then losing it for a fight then putting it back on again isnt very professional. rickys over 30 now and if hes gonna have another crack at it, he has to live like a monk and STAY FIT!!! Hes too old to be messing around with his weight like that!!
