To be fair, Mayweather is rarely praised for his resume, it's more his fighting style and the way he manages to walk out unmarked that sets him apart. The resume itself is very modest compared to many other current fighters.

I always wondered why Mexicans and even a lot of Mexican Americans hated him, and I used to like Oscar but my opinion of him has changed recently. After Pac whooped his ass he said Pac doesn't hit hard and never hurt him. Fair enough no problem with that, but after Floyd "joy" mayweather sr started those accusations about Pac being on ped's Oscar changes his tune and says he is also questioning Pac because he actually hit as hard as Mosley. How you gonna do a complete switch like that? There's no excuse for it, that's a ***** move right there.

He then says if Pac fights any goldenboy fighter from now on he'll have to do olympic drug testing. What about when People were questioning Mosley? Oscar said that no way is Mosley doing a drug test, he's innocent etc. So he's a hypocrite as well as a liar? How you gonna talk about Pac when you have a former steroid user in your company? (I like Mosley by the way but lets be fair).

I admit I'm a huge Pacfan but I would still see Oscar the same way if he had made those comments about other fighters. I liar is a liar and hypocrite is a hypocrite. He made himself look like a *****.

Golden boy my ass. **** him.

As a fighter, he was a superstar. A very good fighter witht the looks and story to go with his talent. He also took on the best fighters. I would not call him a great fighter though, just a very good one. He lost his big fights. Some of these were questionable but then he also had some controversial wins.

I gotta disagree with the resume being modest. I can't stand Floyd's ass but I gotta say that his resume is pretty damn good. Corrales, Castillo, Oscar, Hatton, Judah etc is pretty damn good. The frustrating thing for fans is that he could've potentially added Margarito, Cotto, Mosley and Paul Williams on there already.
