Oscar ****ed up. He should have went after Margarito. I believe he could have won that fight. He would be revered as an 11 time Champ, and would be right now, gearing up for a winner take all against Cotto. But his bonehead right hand man, and his hangers on, for some unforeseeable reason chose Manny. Bad decision.

Oscar should follow in the footsteps of his daddy. During the promotional tour for The Dream match, B Hop was asked who would win and of course he picked Oscar. The filipino crowed started booing and B Hop told them if anyone had a problem with that, he'll be waiting outside. I guess no one showed up

I am not too sure. Oscar does not have a right hand like Mosley's which was quick and powerful and effective against Margarito. Oscar has a left hook which he didn't seem to land in recent times. When Oscar was young he was so fast that he would land that left hook before his opponent landed on him, but now he would step in to land it and Margarito would have hit him and started to wear out Oscar. I think Margo wins that fight. Oscar also fought better when he fought lesser guys, when he stepped up in quality his left hook had less of an effect.

a loss against margo would not have been half as bad as the loss to pac. he should have fought margo instead.

you are right about that. His handpicked choice who was smaller beat him up. He would have probably been more competitive with Margarito.

I was at the JMM-Diaz fight and it was the same. It was ****ing hilarious the way Oscar was booed when they introduced him. All those years of being a media darling it has to hurt.
