But will his fans stay loyal or jump ship if he loses and his invincibility is gone? Is the million dollar question.:think

Fck canelo and his diva demands. Just wait a year Genady, fight Lee, BJ's and Eubank. In the meantime fatty m'cstubbyarms will not be able to make 156 or 158, then meet at 159 and slap him around like a ***** that he is

They want to chicken out and then drain Lemmy? I don't know what's worse.
Trying to force your 160 mandatory and interim champion who basically should have had the belt already to fight you at 154+1, or trowing a guy from your own stable, who can hardly make 160 in front of the bus by draining him to 155 for no belt at all, just so you can have that name on your resume.

Thinking about it, the first option is way worse :yep

Oscar shouldn't be looking too far past Khan. It would be hilarious if he got the upset. Would serve them right.

The only good thing about this is that Canelo is having a hell of a hard time cutting weight. He might even lose to Khan if the judges aren't the same as those that sold their soul in the Mayweather fight. I imagine that chasing a former 140 lb fighter that is very light on his feet and doesn't have to drain at all while you're nearly comatose from putting on 20 lbs in one day will be quite a task.

I so wish that Khan would clown Canelo in a master performance. There's a miniscule chance, but damn, will I LOL. :yep

    For sure.
And even worse is Drainelos fans are happy about it and actually applaud the cowardly act but then again they are mostly casuals so dont really know boxing.

in another thread ...this guy CST who is a big ggg defender fan said something like "canelo gets beat bad by lee, lemieux, korobov, saunders, jacobs"....and then i think names a couple more and then adds "and probably several other top middleweights".....this while arguing that canelo is a pansy and he ducks ggg.....

which leads me to believe even if doesnt believe canelo is a true mw...because if he did then surely someone like canelo would be able to beat some of those guys on skill alone.....

if ggg werent hesitant about fighting canelo at 155....then hed jump at the chance to fight him there for the belt...it would be a no brainer.....get the belt and use canelo as a catapault

if he would make 154 for floyd why not canelo? floyd beat canelo....it tells me there is hesitation...otherwise ggg would be jumping at the chance.....seems to be hesitant for a guy his fans claim wipe the floor with canelo though

as another poster mentioned.....if ggg were to lose to canelo in a non title bout his fans would never live it down anyway...and prob change their names in shame and come back whining .....they might jump ship altogether.....ggg doesnt really need that belt anyway....what he needs are big fights....legacy fights

    Let's see ... :think

    Sturm ran like a bytch.

    Martinez dodged him like Neo.

Chavez Jr backed out of a 168 fight.

Ward had his chance and blew off to LHW

Froch lipped off about how he was too big and strong and stayed firmly retired

Lara tweets every time GGG has signed a new contract

Cotto gets a case of the stutters when asked to fight GGG

Canelo has Caneloweight to hide behind.

Damn, seems to me that the ONLY way Golovkin is going to get legacy fights is by holding the belts and forcing any 160 guy to come through him. He's the modern MMH and he's going to have to do this the hard way.
